Just a quick note that I have a new essay in Foreign Affairs, one of the most preeminent national-security and foreign policy publications here in the United States with a large, public audience.
I argue that well over two years into the Russo-Ukrainian War, if we want to be analytically honest we must hold to a baseline of Putin’s Russia as a resilient, rather than brittle, regime.
